We have encountered various issues within our common-interest communities. In our experience, the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs area of enforcement is limited in range. We feel much  more work needs to be done to strengthen Homeowners rights. To these ends, we aim to provide a hub of useful resources, a place for discussion of problems, and advocate for legislation to help  Homeowners in planned communities .
