Attorneys that represent Homeowners

or "trying to find a needle in a haystack."  Same thing.

These are lawyers/law firms that I've come across in my own personal search for legal counsel. I have spoken with some of them and others I have not. The list is solely to help out those who are finding it difficult (as I did) to find attorneys that represent individual homeowners. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS LIST AN ENDORSEMENT OF ANY ATTORNEY OR LAW FIRM. IT IS UP TO YOU TO DO PROPER DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE RETAINING THEIR SERVICES.

  1. Alan Gottlieb -SGK Legal East Brunswick NJ
  2. Brian Rader - Rader Law Hoboken, NJ
  3. Richard Coe - Weir, Greenblatt, Pierce LLP Haddonfield, NJ
  4. Howard Mendelson- Davis & Mendelson Law Voorhees, NJ
  5. Simone Law Group, P.C. - Cinnaminson, NJ
  6. Veitengruber Law - Wall Township, NJ

Thank you for this new NJ site and Forum section which I am now using to follow up on a condo board that simply ignores even the most basic rights.

I recently posted a complaint about an Attorney who has a history of misguiding the Board for over four years.  That said, I just now found this list and hope to find just the right lawyer of these five recomendations.  Thank you for this post.

Thank you for caring and offering info on an NJ condo lawyer. Unfortunately, my Association has no interest in members of the CAI for multiple reasons.  They also hinder many Bills that would benefit HOA's such as the Radburn Act. The C-IHC is/has attempted to help for years, but does not have the finances to get laws passed.  I wrote an article published in Summer issue of C-IHC telling NJ of my issues with management and lawyers who by-passed election rules and enabled bad acts 4 years and to date.  I need to find a lawyer who is FOR the PEOPLE and is motivated to fight against the flawed HOA system that is undemocratic and invades rights of homeowners on a daily basis. Sadly, even the Government has no authority yet to force compliance on mishaps with HOA governance or penalize abuses. Until enforcement laws and fines can be done we will pay or move. Just saying . . .
