The lawyer for my condo enables manager's puppet Board, to avoid most fiduciary duties to the members of the Association, without any repurcussions. There is election manipulation and interference by manager for 3 years and no election in 2023. No Budget, or transparency on funds, and meetings fake. Long story short, many signed a petition but ignored. COVID happened. Same Board remains in power 3 years until 2020. Most members lost hope and many sold out. People have been silenced except for a few and only one leads into the abuse and documents. Question is what and how can I proceed to have lawyer fired and if possible go to court and win case to set an example for others. Fact: There are extensive and viable records to support volumes of abuse and probable cause. Where do I find a lawyer to go over my issues and HEAR ME OUT.
The biggest problem we ALL have with the system is that we have NO REAL HELP. . . OUR BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS FOR PROFIT.
